Aufgaben

• Oversees community safety program and maintains a secure resident home and working environment.
• Maintains a preventative maintenance program for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other systems.
• Leads maintenance team; hires, trains, schedules, and mentors staff.
• Repairs, replaces, and installs minor equipment, hardware, and controls.
• Maintains water heaters, furnaces, air conditioners, kitchen equipment.
• Keeps community plumbing systems in good condition.
• Completes maintenance requests promptly, including emergencies.
• Performs inventory and ensures safe chemical storage.
• Implements safety protocols to meet OSHA requirements.
• Performs exterior maintenance as needed.
• Engages with residents with compassion and dignity.
