Lone Oak - Eugene , OR is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee life safety, cleanliness, and operations in our senior living community. You will coordinate with the Administrator and Leadership team and manage outside contracts to ensure regulatory compliance.

You will lead maintenance requests, run a maintenance log, supervise vendors for elevators, HVAC, and landscaping, and ensure turn-over of apartments to rent-ready status. Join a mission driven team focused on compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance leadership within senior living or healthcare.
• Knowledge of life safety regulations, fire drills, and state regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
