Qualifications

• At least 1 year as a Maintenance Director, preferably in senior living or multifamily property management.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily walkthroughs of the entire residence, grounds, and parking areas.
• Review resident work order logs daily and complete tasks as assigned.
• Paint interior walls with precision and repair drywall.
• Troubleshoot and repair various equipment.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director on cost management.
• Manage and supervise work by outside contractors and vendors.
• Execute a comprehensive preventative maintenance plan.
• Maintain records of repairs and preventative maintenance.
