Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Director for Ivy Park at Milpitas, a premier senior living community. The role oversees maintenance and housekeeping to ensure safe, clean, and comfortable living spaces for residents.

The position requires a high school diploma and maintenance experience, with supervisory responsibilities preferred. Competitive hourly pay and a benefits package accompany a Tuesday–Saturday schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two years experience in building maintenance and/or housekeeping.
• Prefer one year experience supervising employees.
• Ability to safely operate a wide range of equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of assisted living and dementia care context.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct maintenance and housekeeping of the property (interior and exterior).
• Oversee maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure safety, cleanliness, and comfort.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks as needed.
• Inspect grounds daily and promptly address issues to keep the property tour-ready.
• Ensure operations comply with property policies and regulatory requirements.
