Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Director for Ivy Terrace at Fullerton, a premier senior living community. You will oversee maintenance and housekeeping operations across the property, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and resident comfort while managing the maintenance team and schedules.

The role requires hands-on ability in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and painting, plus supervision experience and a commitment to high standards of service for residents and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in building maintenance, upkeep, and repair of electrical, plumbing, and structural systems preferred.
• Experience supervising employees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct maintenance and housekeeping operations.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor repair tasks as needed.
• Conduct daily inspections of grounds and property, ensuring safety and readiness for tours.
