The Artisan at Hudson in Hudson, MA is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the Director of Building Operations in maintaining the community’s buildings and grounds, ensuring safe, clean, and comfortable living spaces for residents.

You will assist with coordination, routine repairs, housekeeping, safety compliance, and resident interactions, with opportunities to work across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of maintenance/building operations experience.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Strong communication and ability to follow instructions.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping services with other departments.
• Complete assigned work promptly and prioritize repairs.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and codes.
