Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• At least 6 months of LVN experience in SNF/LTC.
• Current California LVN license required.
• First Aid certification required.
• Able to pass LiveScan fingerprinting and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of RNs or physicians.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans.
• Assist physicians and RNs during examinations and procedures.
• Perform wound care, catheterizations, and tracheostomy care as needed.
• Document patient progress and reactions to medications.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-treatment care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and hygiene standards.
