Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred; High School graduate or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license; clinical elderly experience is a plus.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Positive demeanor with high energy and ability to shift between priorities.
• Clear spoken and written English for communication with staff, Residents, families, and the public.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Verbal and written communication with staff, Residents, family members, and regulatory officials.
• Dependability; on-call readiness as needed.
• Maintain awareness of hazards to ensure Resident safety.
• Ability to relate to Residents' personality styles and needs through appropriate communication.

Responsibilities

• Care for Countryside Senior Living Residents according to policy and state regulations; promptly report changes to the Administrator, Residents' family, or physician; maintain professional demeanor with Residents, families, staff, and visitors.
