Job summary

Grand Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to enhance resident wellbeing and coordinate nursing care in our upscale communities. You will administer medications, participate in staff education, and align care with physician orders within state regulations.

The role reports to the Director of Health and Wellness and emphasizes courteous, timely, and professional service in a luxury setting. Experience in assisted living or home health is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing is required.
• Three or more years nursing experience preferred.
• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse in the state of employment required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English to educate and supervise staff; use care documentation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and administer medications per physician orders.
• Lead and supervise nursing personnel, aides, and medication aides; participate in orientation and education.
• Ensure high Resident and family satisfaction through professional interactions.
• Work under the Director of Health and Wellness following community standards.
