Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide clinical care to residents in our neighborhood. You’ll follow nursing standards and collaborate with on-site physicians to support daily living and health needs.

The role offers wage scale from $32.00–$40.00 per hour with evening and night differentials, a $3,000 sign-on bonus (full-time), competitive benefits, 401k, and opportunities for education assistance and growth within our supportive community.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.
• Passion for caring for seniors and advocating for residents.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop relationships with residents and families, placing resident first.
• Assess and document residents' clinical condition in EMR; notify provider when needed.
• Update care plans to reflect changes in needs and services.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely and accurately per orders.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
• Respond promptly and professionally to residents, families, or responsible parties.
• Participate in reviews of clinical indicators (falls, wounds, nutrition, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned by RN clinical leader.
