Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an engaged Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide clinical care to residents in a neighborhood setting. The role supports the nursing standards of practice and Erickson Senior Living guidelines.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred.
• A passion to care for seniors and be a strong resident advocate.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships with residents and families, focusing on physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assess and document residents' clinical condition in the EMR and notify providers as needed.
• Update care plans to reflect changes in needs.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely and accurately per orders.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
