Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services in Westminster, CO is seeking a Line Cook to accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold foods for residents in a senior living/healthcare environment.

This role requires a high school diploma, a current Food Handler’s Permit, ServSafe training is a plus, and 3–4 years of cooking experience. You will follow recipes, maintain sanitation, and support special events and dietary needs.

Qualifications

• ServSafe training is beneficial.
• State sanitation certificate is required.
• 3–4 years of related and advanced food service experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook foods to order for breakfast, lunch, dinner and events.
• Follow recipes and ensure sanitation and safety standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment and manage inventory as needed.
• Maintain high quality and presentation of plated dishes.
