Job summary

Covenant Living of Colorado is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to accurately prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold foods for residents in a Senior Living/Healthcare setting. You will follow standardized recipes, maintain sanitation, and support special events with attention to safety and quality.

Responsibilities include on-time food preparation, potential station assignment, and adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or required with food service experience.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to follow recipes and standard procedures accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks to order foods for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Operates grill station and handles a la carte service as needed.
• Follows recipes and product directions for quality and consistency.
• Reads orders and prepares food according to instructions.
• Maintains sanitary workstations and clean equipment per standards.
• Assists with inventory, labeling, and requisition of supplies.
