Job summary

The Bristal at Armonk is seeking a creative, compassionate Lifestyle Coordinator to coordinate recreational programs for our assisted living residents and the Reflections Memory Care neighborhood. You will help residents pursue interests, hobbies, and social activities, and organize trips to venues and cultural events.

You will maintain knowledge of residents’ backgrounds and languages to promote engagement, plan calendars, and support daily programming with a warm, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• One year of experience with seniors is preferred; dementia experience a plus.
• Ability to plan engaging activities and coordinate recreational programs.
• Outgoing, warm, and genuinely caring personality required.
• Ability to supervise events and ensure safe excursions for residents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recreational programs for assisted living residents and Memory Care residents.
• Plan fun and safe trips to art galleries, theaters, venues, and cultural events.
• Prepare and distribute monthly calendars, newsletters, and memos.
• Lead activities in the absence of the Director of Recreation and engage residents daily.
