StoryPoint seeks a Life Enrichment Director to oversee and enhance the social and recreational programs for residents in a senior living community. You will lead a team, plan engaging activities, and ensure programs align with the community’s standards and budget.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years related experience or training preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrates compassion toward seniors and prior experience leading a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support 1440 culture and pillars.
• Direct, plan, communicate, and execute activities and life skills in Life Enrichment Department.
• Implement and maintain Life Enrichment Standards across community services.
• Ensure resident safety and proper setup/cleanup of activity spaces.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance resident experience.
• Lead and train Life Enrichment staff (LEL, LEA, Shuttle Drivers) and delegate tasks as needed.
• Handle administrative tasks related to Life Enrichment (e.g., budget management).
• Provide coverage for Executive Director when needed.
