Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the Life Enrichment Department with planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate activities and life skills to enhance resident wellbeing.
• Maintain Life Enrichment Standards across community services.
• Ensure resident safety in all activities and spaces.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve resident experience.
• Manage administrative tasks for Life Enrichment, including budget delegation.
