Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee a comprehensive life enrichment and activities program for residents.
• Develop and maintain engaging monthly activity calendars reflecting residents' interests and needs.
• Coordinate group activities, visits, special events, and community involvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other departments to support individualized care.
• Supervise activities staff and volunteers and manage resources within budget.
