Job summary

Wellington at Hershey's Mill in West Chester, PA, is seeking a Community Relations Sales Counselor - Senior Living. This full-time role focuses on leasing apartments, reaching move-in goals, and upholding a positive image with residents, referral sources, and staff.

You will respond to walk-ins and inquiries, secure the required number of move-ins, build relationships with residents and families, participate in outreach, and report daily sales activity.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in senior housing preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Detail-oriented with strong deadline and goal orientation.
• Outgoing and able to communicate with staff, residents and families.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to walk-ins, phone-ins, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Meet and exceed occupancy and move-in goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families and care providers.
• Participate in community outreach to generate referrals.
• Report sales activity to supervisor daily.
• Ensure confidentiality of all information.
