You will handle inquiries, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins, with a focus on high-quality resident relations and occupancy management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 5 years of experience as a Leasing Consultant.
• Minimum of 2 years in a senior living community.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Take telephone inquiries from prospective residents, describe apartments and community benefits, and set appointments.
• Greet and register prospects; process leasing paperwork and verification forms for approval.
• Lease apartments to qualified applicants per procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
• Assist with move-ins, renewals, and deposit processing; maintain lease records.
• Coordinate with communities and healthcare providers; train junior staff as needed.
• Maintain occupancy, manage waiting lists, and conduct market surveys to optimize occupancy.
