Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Housekeeper for its Salinas community. The role focuses on cleaning resident apartments, common areas, and performing laundry duties in a friendly and professional environment.

The position is part-time with a Sunday through Wednesday schedule, 8:30am-5pm. Qualifications include prior housekeeping experience, being 18+, and strong communication with residents and staff. Benefits and PPE are provided in line with company policy.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication with residents, staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, public areas, and common areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Work cooperatively with co-workers and other departments.
