Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Laundry Attendant/Housekeeper for IVY PARK AT SALINAS. This part-time role focuses on laundry and cleaning of resident apartments, public and common areas, with Sunday through Wednesday shifts from 8:30am to 5pm.

Benefits include medical/dental/vision, paid time off, meals, 401(k) and more. Ideal candidates will have prior housekeeping or janitorial experience, be at least 18, and pass background/health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
