Oakmont Management Group is recruiting for a Housekeeper at the IVY PARK AT SALINAS community. The role concentrates on cleaning resident apartments, public areas, and performing laundry for residents and the community in a friendly, courteous manner.

The position emphasizes laundry focus within a supportive team environment. Responsibilities include cleaning assigned areas, maintaining safety standards, and collaborating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
