Job summary

Holiday by Atria - Uffelman Estates in Clarksville, TN invites applications for a Kitchen Utility Worker role. You will help serve meals, clear and wash dishes, and support the Food Services team to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen.

As a valued team member, you’ll follow Holiday procedures, assist with meal setup, manage dishwashing tasks, and help with light food preparation as needed to ensure a smooth dining experience for residents.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• General knowledge of cleaning and sanitation.
• General knowledge of safe food-handling practices.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Ability and willing to follow standards and procedures, and accept direction & training and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, wash and store dishes following Holiday procedures. Clean the dishwashing area, food-serving areas and equipment, dining room tables and chairs and vacuum and clean the dining room area.
• Assist in the setup of serving carts for each meal, distribute water carafes, serve meals to residents tables and deliver trays to residents’ rooms when necessary.
• Assist with food preparation as assigned and work with Food Services to ensure smooth, safe operation of the kitchen.
• Help with putting away deliveries, set dining tables for next meal, and other duties as assigned.
• As needed, perform additional duties to support the kitchen and dining areas.
