Freedom Village Bradenton is seeking a dedicated Utility Worker/Dishwasher to support our Culinary Services Department in Bradenton, FL. You will help maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and assist with basic food prep and ware-washing, while contributing to a welcoming resident experience.

The role is full-time with shifts 11a-7p or 1p-8:30p, including weekends. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow within the community.

Qualifications

• Must maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions in food service areas.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and sanitary conditions of food service areas, facilities, and equipment.
• Assist in ware-washing, dish and kitchen cleaning duties, and basic food prep.
• Support serving staff with setting and clearing tables; maintain organized workstations.
• Represent the community in a warm, inviting manner and uphold sanitation standards.
