Responsibilities

• Monitor all food products and plates to ensure presentation meets standards and is delivered on time.
• Ensures presentation and flavors meet La Posada standards.
• Reads daily menus to coordinate cooking times for timely prep.
• Washes, cuts and prepares food for cooking.
• Cooks a large variety of foods and prepares salads and other items.
• Maintains records of usage, inventory and production as required.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness and equipment sanitation.
• Responds to staff and resident questions and provides stellar service.
