Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Cook to prepare meals for residents and guests in a supportive senior living environment. You will follow planned menus, use standard recipes, and plate according to portion guidelines while maintaining cleanliness and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare food for residents, guests, and employees.
• Prepare food according to planned menu using standard recipes.
• Plate food items following portion guidelines and garnishing instructions.
• Assist other kitchen staff as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Ensure sufficient food is prepped and/or prepared.
• Communicate shortages or outages to supervisor.
• Ensure freshness, proper seasoning, and proper cooking of all foods served.
• Stock and clean station for next shift.
