Qualifications

• 2 years of prior cooking experience in a full service restaurant or senior living setting required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food in accordance with standardized recipes and schedules to meet production and service timelines.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery using correct portions and temperatures.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and stores items per standards.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment and assists in ordering and receiving supplies.
• Ensures proper presentation and HACCP compliance while following company policies.
