Qualifications

• Experience in production cooking and/or preparing therapeutic diets is preferred.
• English communication required.
• Willingness to obtain food handling and sanitation licenses.
• Basic computer skills (Excel and Word) required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food using the daily planner and SLC standard recipes.
• Work the food line during mealtimes.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance of kitchen areas.
• Respond to resident and guest needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and co-workers.
