Job summary
Oakmont Management Group in Irvine, CA, is hiring a Senior Associate or Manager of Investments to join our headquarters team. This full-time, on-site role supports the Investments function and helps grow our portfolio of luxury senior living communities.
You will build and maintain financial, market and investment models, evaluate development and acquisition opportunities, and prepare pro forma analyses. A strong preference for experience in senior housing underwriting and advanced Excel
Qualifications
- Experience in investment analysis and real estate investments.
- Underwriting senior housing (senior living) experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities; advanced Excel modeling.
Responsibilities
- Support the company’s Investments function.
- Create and maintain various financial, market and investment models.
- Evaluate development and acquisition opportunities, including analysis of markets, investment returns and pro forma property performance.
- Prepare pro forma and investment returns analyses of property-level capital improvements.
