Oakmont Management Group seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to drive budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for our senior living communities in Irvine. The role partners with FP&A leadership and operations to translate data into actionable insights.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of FP&A experience, strong Excel, and familiarity with Anaplan or PowerBI, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This on-site position offers growth and impact within a respected portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3–5 years of FP&A experience including corporate and segment FP&A.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with Anaplan or PowerBI is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for communities.
• Create robust financial models and KPI dashboards to monitor performance.
• Prepare insightful reports for senior management and capital partners.
