Meyer Gives Back seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead interior design projects from kickoff to delivery. You will manage 2-4 design teams and coordinate deadlines, resources, and approvals across Senior Living, Multi-Family, Active Adult, and Hospitality sectors.

The role requires strong design, FF&E, and finish skills, plus excellent interpersonal communication to present concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Formación

• Minimum of 10-12 years’ experience.
• Proven experience leading teams in senior living, multi-family, active adult or hospitality projects.
• Strong time management; able to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with proposals, contracts, and RFPs; client meetings and invoicing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead 2-4 person design teams from kickoff to delivery.
• Schedule, prioritize, and report on project workload.
• Negotiate pre/post contract documents and follow up.
• Direct team to ensure contract conformity and profitability.
• Invoice projects with finance team and monitor receivables.
• Develop and maintain client relationships during design and beyond.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
