True Connection Communities is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor in Williamsburg, VA for a full-time role. The position leads the housekeeping team, ensures high cleanliness standards, and coordinates schedules across the community.

Applicants should have 2+ years in supervision and 1–3 years in housekeeping; experience in a senior living setting is a plus. Medical, dental, vision, and other benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience.
• Minimum 1–3 years of housekeeping experience; senior living is a plus.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team; excellent interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and discreet with residents' privacy.
• Strong reading, writing, speaking and comprehension of English.

Responsabilités

• Implements weekly housekeeping schedules.
• Inspects apartments for cleanliness and occupancy readiness.
• Monitors inventory of housekeeping supplies.
• Performs cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the community.
• Cleans resident apartments and common areas, including beds and surfaces.
• Stocks supplies and handles linen services as needed.
