Job summary

Wesley Homes seeks a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead day-to-day housekeeping and laundry operations across the community. You will supervise staff, schedule shifts, onboard new hires, and uphold safety, quality, and resident satisfaction with hospitality-driven service.

You will partner with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to maintain a clean, welcoming environment and ensure regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two+ years in housekeeping, environmental services, or related field.
• One+ year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Understanding of cleaning protocols and infection prevention standards.
• Service-oriented approach with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written).
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping and laundry operations across campus.
• Supervise, coach, train, and support staff; manage schedules.
• Onboard, orient, and train employees; conduct safety training.
• Ensure quality, cleanliness, sanitation per standards.
• Respond to resident requests and service concerns.
• Promote resident satisfaction through service and hospitality.
• Maintain inventory and supplies; assist with budget management.
