Experience Senior Living LLC. is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services Associate (Housekeeper) to join our team in a full-time capacity at our Lone Tree community. You’ll clean resident apartments and public areas, launder linens, replace draperies, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, with emphasis on safety procedures and attention to detail. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping within senior living environments preferred.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work varied schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cleans public areas and resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors, furniture and common areas.
• Performs laundering tasks including washing, drying, ironing resident laundry and linens; folds and distributes as needed.
• Replaces and hangs draperies; changes beds; restocks supplies in living areas and common spaces.
• Disinfects and sterilizes equipment; maintains clean and orderly storage areas; reports issues promptly to supervisor.
• Completes maintenance work orders for repairs as needed; assists with trash disposal and cart stocking.
