Covenant Living & CovenantCare is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor in Tennessee to lead day-to-day operations, manage staffing, and ensure regulatory compliance across departments. You will supervise staff, schedule shifts, and oversee inspections while coordinating with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities include budget planning, inventory control, and ensuring high resident satisfaction through effective service delivery and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Required High School Diploma or Equivalent; 3–5 years experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals and equipment.
• Strong leadership, organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all housekeeping and laundry personnel and manage staffing needs.
• Review timesheets and performance, and conduct annual reviews with staff.
• Plan and prepare budgets for Housekeeping and Laundry; ensure adherence to budget.
