Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions is hiring for a combined housekeeping and laundry role in Colorado. The position involves cleaning resident apartments and common areas, laundering linens and resident clothing, and supporting move-ins with prepared rooms.

Requirements include 3–6 months of housekeeping/laundry experience, ability to follow checklists, and strong customer service. Physical tasks and exposure to chemicals are part of the job.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months experience in housekeeping and/or laundry procedures.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Dust and polish furniture, mirrors and frames.
• Wash and disinfect countertops and sink areas; mop and disinfect bathrooms and floors.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas; handle laundry tasks including linens and resident clothing.
• Refill paper products and soap, empty trash; clean common areas and unit bathrooms.
• Ensure washing/drying machines are used consistently and deliver cleaned items to residents.
