Christian Living Communities in Centennial, CO is seeking a full-time housekeeper/laundry aide to maintain resident apartments and common areas. You will perform detailed cleaning and laundering of linens while being flexible to assist in the other function as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months experience in housekeeping and/or laundry procedures.
• Ability to complete tasks from a checklist/operation schedule.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Dust and polish furniture, including frames and mirrors.
• Wash and disinfect countertops and sinks.
• Mop and disinfect bathrooms and floors; vacuum carpeted areas.
• Refill paper products and soap; empty trash.
• Vacuum and mop common areas, nursing stations, hallways, med rooms.
• Clean common areas and public bathrooms on each unit.
• Perform detailed cleaning assignments as directed.
• Ensure washing/drying machines are used consistently.
• Collect, wash, dry and fold resident linens and clothing.
• Deliver clean personal items to residents.
