Solera Senior Living in Reston, VA is seeking a compassionate Housekeeping Attendant to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and teammates. You will perform daily cleaning of apartments and common areas, change linens where applicable, and uphold infection control and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and weekly cleaning of resident apartments and common areas.
• Change and launder linens (where applicable).
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, furniture, windows, and flooring.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize assigned areas.
• Complete deep cleaning tasks such as refrigerator defrosting, mattress turning, and window washing on a scheduled basis.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies.
• Report maintenance needs promptly.
• Uphold infection control and safety procedures.
• Provide warm, professional customer service to residents and guests.
• Support new team members and attend required trainings.
• Perform additional housekeeping or light maintenance duties as needed.
