Sinceri Senior Living in Twin Falls, Idaho, is seeking a full-time housekeeping associate to help maintain clean, sanitary, and orderly living areas in accordance with established procedures.

You will follow schedules, assist with laundry as needed, and report maintenance issues while delivering compassionate service to residents. This role requires reading and following written directions, staying calm under pressure, and communicating effectively with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and follow verbal and written directions.
• Ability to remain calm under stressful conditions and make decisions.
• Must communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Follow cleaning schedule and instructions as directed by supervisor.
• Sweep and vacuum all assigned areas.
• Clean windows and mirrors in resident rooms and public areas.
• Empty all wastebaskets.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed.
• Report maintainance needs and safety hazards to supervisor.
