Responsibilities

• Resident apartment care: clean and sanitize apartments, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas; manage linens as needed.
• Welcoming shared spaces: clean restrooms, hallways, dining areas, lobbies, activity spaces, and outdoor areas.
• Linen and laundry support: remove, launder, fold, and replace linens and towels.
• Safe, organized routines: use cleaning cart and follow procedures; keep tools orderly.
• Resident-centered service: interact warmly with residents and families while respecting privacy.
• Awareness and communication: notify management of hazards or changes needing attention.
• Team reliability: complete tasks efficiently and support the community team.
