Peregrine Senior Living in Salisbury, MD is seeking an energetic Housekeeper for a per diem role. You will clean resident apartments and common areas, follow a cleaning schedule, and ensure compliance with regulations regarding residents' rights.

Experience with cleaning equipment and a positive, detail-oriented approach are essential. Responsibilities include cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors, and furniture, plus sweeping, vacuuming, and following supervisor instructions.

Qualifikationen

• One year of related experience in a similar environment with on-the-job training preferred.
• Able to operate cleaning equipment such as mangle, iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc.
• Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job required.

Aufgaben

• Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights.
• Cleans public areas and resident’s apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture, and common areas.
• Sweep and vacuum all assigned areas.
• Performs all housekeeping duties, following a cleaning schedule and instructions as directed by supervisor.
• Clean and/or polish all room furnishings, fixtures, ledges, heating/air conditioning units in resident rooms and all public areas.
