Job summary

Montage Creek in Montrose, CO is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness in resident apartments and community spaces. You will care for equipment and follow safety standards while reflecting the community’s Mission, Vision, and Values in every interaction.

The position is full-time with a 6:00 am–2:00 pm schedule, Wednesdays through Sundays, and holiday availability is preferred. Generations offers PTO, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience is welcome but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness standards in resident apartments and common areas.
• Care for and maintain all equipment and tools used in daily work.
• Comply with federal, state, and local standards for facility operation.
