Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group in West Milton, OH, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean residents' apartments and public areas according to set procedures and to perform all laundry duties in our commercial facilities.

You will work to maintain sanitary conditions, follow written and oral instructions, and interact courteously with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude while performing duties.

Responsibilities

• Cleans all areas as assigned according to standards and procedures.
• Maintains sanitary conditions in assigned areas.
• Makes independent decisions and follows instructions.
• Deals tactfully with residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Follows written and oral instructions for cleaning chemical mixtures.
• Relates information about residents’ conditions as needed.
• Operates buffers, extraction equipment, vacuums, and laundry equipment.
• Performs any additional duties as assigned by housekeeping lead.
