CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Housekeeper to clean residents' apartments and public areas per schedule and procedures. The role includes performing laundry duties in our commercial facilities and maintaining sanitary conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• You love to laugh and have fun while working hard to provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Cleans all areas as assigned according to departmental standards, process, and procedures.
• Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in assigned areas according to established standards.
• Make independent decisions and follow instructions.
• Deal tactfully with residents, families, visitors and staff.
• Follow written and oral instructions concerning cleaning chemicals and disinfectants.
• Relate information concerning a resident's condition.
• Use supplies economically and report needs to supervisor.
• Operate buffers, extraction equipment, vacuums, and all commercial laundry equipment.
• Additional duties as assigned by Housekeeping Lead.
