The Delaney at The Vale in Massachusetts is seeking a Housekeeping Associate to join our team. This full-time role covers housekeeping and laundry duties to keep a clean, comfortable environment for residents.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with some weekends; compensation is $21–$22 per hour, with benefits including 401k with employer matching, health, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, PTO, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.
• Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents.
