The Delaney at The Vale in Massachusetts is seeking a hospitality-focused Housekeeping Associate to join our team. This role performs housekeeping and laundry across the community to keep residents comfortable and safe.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday with some weekends. Salary: $21–$22 per hour. Benefits include 401k with employer matching, health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO and daily pay. EEO Employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial preferred.
• Hospitality mindset and attention to cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for residents.
