Experience Senior Living LLC. in Mechanicsville, VA is seeking an Environmental Services Associate (Housekeeper) to maintain clean public areas and resident apartments, while supporting laundry duties and daily resident comfort.

• Cleans public areas and resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors and furniture
• Performs all housekeeping duties and laundry-related tasks
• Distributes laundered articles and linens, changes bed linens
• Maintains cleanliness of restrooms and replenishes supplies
• Washes walls, woodwork, windows, doors and sills
• Washes and folds resident laundry and keeps laundry areas orderly
• Reports health changes or maintenance issues to Supervisor
• May perform other duties as assigned
