Experience Senior Living Team is seeking an Environmental Services Associate to join our care-focused community. You will clean resident apartments and common areas, handle laundry duties, and maintain hygienic spaces to support a comfortable living environment.

Qualifications

• Cleans public areas and resident apartments including bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Performs laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens.
• Maintains clean, safe, and orderly resident rooms and utility spaces.
• Observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment properly.

Responsibilities

• Cleans public areas and resident’s apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture and common areas.
• Performs all housekeeping duties including laundering and changing bed linens.
• Maintains resident laundry areas, washes windows, and keeps storage rooms clean and orderly.
• Disinfects and sterilizes equipment and supplies, stocks cleaning cart, and reports safety concerns to supervision.
• Supports residents by engaging politely and assisting with transitions into the community.
