Job summary

Vista Springs Trillium Village Estate is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean and safe resident rooms, public areas, and facilities. The role supports a caring, senior-focused environment and requires adherence to health and safety standards.

You will perform routine cleaning, assist with laundry, and help maintain a comfortable living environment for residents. Prior experience in elder care is welcome, on-site training provided, and a team-oriented workplace is offered.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED; no experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect and straighten resident rooms, hallways and common areas.
• Vacuum rugs, carpets and upholstery; clean windows and fixtures.
• Restock supplies and manage housekeeping inventory within budget.
• Report hazardous conditions and equipment; promote safety practices.
• Attend in-service trainings and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
