Job summary

Morningside House of Friendship is seeking Part & Full-Time housekeepers to support our community. This role helps maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and team members.

Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning resident apartments and common areas, report to the Director of Plant Operations, and participate in annual schedules. We offer competitive pay and a wide range of benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs general cleaning in apartments, hallways and common areas.
• Prepares apartments for move-in as assigned.
• Keeps housekeeping carts and vacuums clean and in good working order.
• Participates in energy awareness program.
• Attends all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
• Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
• Housekeeper maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures of Morningside Elite Management.
